Hi,

I've got FSL 5.0.6 installed on Ubuntu 14.04 LTS and I want to run bedpostx
with gpu acceleration from FSL but bedpostx_gpu does not exist in my
installation of FSL, which is what I should be running according to this
link:
http://fsl.fmrib.ox.ac.uk/fsl/fslwiki/FslInstallation#Running_bedpostX_on_a_GPU_or_GPU_cluster

Can anyone suggest a fix for this?

I tried to installed fsl-5.0-gpu from the repo using "sudo apt-get install
fsl-5.0-gpu" but it comes back saying the package cannot be found.

Cheers,
Linden

Can anyone suggest a fix for this?
I tried to installed fsl-5.0-gpu from the repo using "sudo apt-get install
fsl-5.0-gpu" but it comes back saying the package cannot be found.
the GPU packages did not build for Ubuntu during the last update cycle.
I also got feedback that they may not work at all. However, I have no
access to nvidia hardware, hence I am not really in the position to
improve the situation.

Anyone willing and able to help out?

Michael

It certainly is possible to run GPU analyses with FSL on Ubuntu 12.04, but
I built the binaries using FSL?s build system, not the Debian one.

Peace,

Matt.
