Hello,
I'm trying to install FSL on my computer (Linux Mint Debian Edition, LMDE).
I've installed the repo correctly (Debian testing (jessie)), sinche I found
all the package that I need to install. When I try to install
fsl-5.0-complete I receive an erro message (package broken, could not be
installed)
What's the problem?
Thanks a lot
All the best
Alessandro

could you provide more information?

apt-cache policy fsl fsl-complete fsl-4.1

and then cut/paste entirety of that "package broken" message?

it is available... you should have just used 'wheezy' not 'jessie' in
your /etc/apt/sources.list.d/neurodebian.sources.list (and then apt-get
update)

Hello,
I'm trying some tutorial and I have some problems with FIRST. following the
instruction I type

analisi at analisi-linux1 ~/FSL/fsl_course_data1/seg_struc/first $
fsl5.0-run_first_all -i con0047_brain -b -s L_Hipp,L_Amyg \ -o con0047 -a
con0047_brain_to_std_sub.mat
15399
[1]+ Completato fslview

and the I check the error log

analisi at analisi-linux1 ~/FSL/fsl_course_data1/seg_struc/first $ cat
con0047.logs/*.e*
/usr/share/fsl/5.0/bin/first: error while loading shared libraries:

analisi at analisi-linux1 ~/FSL/fsl_course_data1/seg_struc/first $

I had many time the same error "while loading shared libraries", but
usually the solution was to put the string fsl5.0- before the command (for
example fsl5.0-Bet instead of Bet). This time it's not working.

Thanks
Alessandro
